Terms and Conditions:
Prices are per person based on double occupancy with taxes included (VAT).
The customer assumes full responsibility for both the information provided to Nazarí as the verification of the Voucher delivered.
It is understood that the customer is responsible for the transportation, unless specific services have been agreed.
Fares and offers are subject to availability and revision to any typographical error or certain dates.
The customer agrees to follow the rules and policies for the use of services and facilities provided, assuming full responsibility in case of misapplication.
The customer is fully responsible for unusued services or for voluntary modifications made by him/ her.
Cancellations done by customer are subject to fees in accordance with the Spanish Law on travel agencies (R.D. 271/88 and April 14th, 1988 Regulation), corresponding to the Andalusian Legislation (D. 301/ 2002) in agreement with the European Union Law for the tourist industry.
Cancellation fees:
10-15 days prior to commencement of services: 5% of total price
3-10 days prior to commencement of services: 15% of total price
2 days prior to commencement of services: 25% of total price
On departure day: 100% of total price
It is understood that the trip is purchased/ booked once the hotel availability is confirmed and the trip voucher has been delivered to the client with the reservation confirmed.
The payment of a service without confirmed availability is lose in the whole right.
